Q: What are the benefits of choosing a home daycare?
A:
Families choose home daycares over daycare centers for a plethora of reasons. It offers an alternative to the large groups that centers have. It is also offers the following:
*Children have the chance to learn and play in a much smaller group.
*A more home like atmosphere.
*Individualized programming.
*Multi-age group setting.
*A chance for siblings to be in the same program.
*Flexible hours including full and part time enrollment.
*Less illness because there are fewer people in and out through out the day.
*Your child will have more consistency by having the chance to stay with the same caregiver from infancy to school age.
*Last but not least your child is treated as a part of the family rather then just another child as they sometimes are at a larger center.
